THE HORRORS OF COMPLETED LISTINGS SAGA
So sometimes we get the scratch to see what we may have missed on ebay by hitting the completed listings option. Sometimes that's not always a good idea. Here are some completed listing screenshots that will leave you kicking screaming!

Clefairy Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $800-$1000
Sold for- $45 BIN
Probably one of the, if not the, rarest Pokedolls to find. For $45 BIN. Cringe.
Gengar Plushplush (MWT)-
Estimated value- $300-400
Sold for- $25 BIN
One of the rarer Plushplush to come upon. Not only is Gengar rare, but this one was MWT! What a steal!
Thanks to Jake S. for the submission
.
Meowth Plushplush-
Estimated value- $200-$300
Sold for- $40 lot BIN (technically $8)
Okay so this lot confuses me. How did a rare Meowth Plushplush get into a guys collection of other wise common plush? The lot was from California. Some how Meowth must have made his way from Japan to a thrift store or something for this dude to have bought for his son/daughter then sell off thinking it wasn't worth more than $40 all together. PAINFUL I tell you.

TOMY 2001 Giant Lapras Plush MWT-
Estimated value- $4000-$5000
Sold for- $229 BIN
Literally I have never seen such a mint Giant in my life. Lapras is probably one of the rarest of the giants. I'm extremely curious where the seller got this Japanese Giant.
Because of the extremely great deal this guy sold Lapras for, dozens of collectors messaged the seller offering more-- that's when he realized that he had something a little bit more special than a mere Lapras plush on his hands. The seller did end up selling Lapras for sticker price; but the fact that this DID happen is what lands this listing onto The Horrors Listings Saga.
Blaziken Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $100-$125
Sold for- $15 BIN
Not too particularly hard to find, but will cost you a decent amount.
Jumbo Sleeping Pikachu Kutkuta Plush-
Estimated value- $100-$200
Sold for- $10.50 final bid
So because this person had no idea what this was or how to properly label it, they potentially lost a nice profit. This guy was a grail to me and I would have died to have gotten it at this price. Luckily I got mine as a gift, but still, who couldnt pass up another one, he's beyond cute.
2005 Lucario/Regi Trio Pokedoll Charm Keyring-
Estimated value- $80-$130
Sold for- $15.51 final bid
Another classic example of someone that failed to properly label their title. Though he did have "Pokemon Center" in the title, which would have given out more results than just "pokemon keychains" (which is how I got my pokedoll charms for $30).
Various 2001 Plushplush-
Estimated value- $200-$800 each
Sold for- $15-$18 BIN each
pkmncollectors member yellowmudkip sent me this extremely painful image of a plushplush party on ebay. I don't believe a intense collector won these, because I would have heard about it. But all of these guys are hard to come by. Oh and these were MWT. Did you need a tissue?
Super Rare Pokedoll Lot-
Estimated values-
Natu- $100-$150
Wooper- $150-$200
Jigglypuff- $200-$500
Magikarp- $100-$150
Altaria- $150-$200
Corsola- $75-$150
Butterfree- $150-$200
Total Lot Value- $900-$1150
Sold for- $155 BIN
As you can see, this was a reserved lot, so some lucky person found this eBay seller before they could list all of these and got a painfully good deal. I could have gotten another Natu for my birdy army :(
Jigglypuff Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $200-$500
Sold for- $5 BIN
There are so many people drooling over this pink puff. Some super lucky person got their hands on this cutie for less than it's retail price. Looks to be in super nice shape too!
Jigglypuff Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $200-$500
Sold for- $30 BIN
Another cheap Jiggly. Doesn't surprise me that they pop up for cheap for as abundant as they were in 2009-2010.
Banpresto Ferligator UFO-
Estimated value- $150-200
Sold for- $16 final bid
Because of a incorrect label, someone ended up with a $16 Ferligator.
Sceptile Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $125-$175
Sold for- $15 BIN
Many are after this green lizard to either complete their Hoenn trio, or for the fact that he's just super awesome. Someone swooped up his awesomeness for a whole $15.
Various Pokedolls-
Estimated values-
Absol- $80-$125
Corsola- $80-$150
Lucario- $30-$50
Sold for- $4-7 BINs
This seller had no idea what they had in their hands. A typical "mom listing" where she found these in her child's closet from a trip to Nintendo World back in 2007; decided maybe she could make a few bucks on em. Well a few bucks could have been a few hundred bucks had she known what she had.
Now, eBay isnt the ONLY place to find Pokemon stuff for that once-in-a-life time price. Check out these screenshots from other websites-
2001 TOMY Raikou Giant Plush-
Estimated value- $3000-$4000
Sold for- Given away to the sad landfill
This image has made collectors cry, and others question if this even happened. "There's no way this is real, had to be a setup." Well guys, not everyone knows the value of these things, thus why this beauty ended up in the trash. RIP Raikou Giant, you are much loved.
PlushPlush and Pokedoll lot:
Estimated Values:
Porygon2 PlushPlush- $500-$800
Bulbasaur PlushPlush- $200-$400
Phanpy Pokedoll- $70-$200 (I'm assuming this is the paper tag version)
Sold For: $15 BIN
This was on the Japanese version of the Mercari App, which is basically a selling app. Guess someone found them in the back of their closet from a trip to the Pokemon Center in 2001 and had no need for them. Screenshot by Chain.
Smoochum Pokedoll-
Estimated value- $300-$500
Sold for- 450 yen (~$4.50)
Ugh one of my Pokedoll Grails-- The elusive Smoochum Pokedoll from 2002. For literally less than a combo meal from Chick-fil-a. She has also popped up on Mercari Japan MWT with a MWT Cleffa for $70.
ONE DAY SMOOCHUM, ONE DAY.
2001 Porygon2 Plushplush-
Estimated value- $500-$800
Sold for- FREE
I don't know how Lista works, I know its based on like a "point" system, but someone GAVE AWAY this incredibly rare Porygon2 Plushplush. Im sure whoever got it has zero idea what it's worth. Probably just sitting in the guys closet.
EDIT- I was informed that the guy that owns this likes to tease collectors with this and never actually gives it away when he says he does. Turd.
1996 Pokemon Red Version Sealed MIB-
Estimated value- $200-$300
Sold for- $0.50
This was from a Reddit post that got a ton of attention. But someone got a REALLY lucky find at their local Goodwill.
